Water's Edge 1000 Piece Puzzle

Love Hawk is a FAMILY, living a life of CREATIVITY. Together, they create art. Illustrator, artist and tattooist David Hale along with Emily, Crow and their new baby Autumn spend almost all their time together, continually finding new sources of inspiration and creativity. While David does the majority of the hands-on process of making the art, every member of the family plays a role in the act of creating together.

The featured piece, Water’s Edge, is from his series Beloved Land honoring the land the Creek (Muscogee) Indians call Ikunu-tchaka. Taken from nature, the drawing is literally a collection of objects, plants, and animals you find at the water’s edge. And, of course, in the center, you find LOVE. The Hales live in a beautiful woodland cottage on a small creek in Athens, GA, where they repurposed a barn into a small studio for creating art, lovingly called the "Budio." They also create and share art while traveling and camping in their decommissioned ambulance converted into an art motorhome.
