As you rounded the corner, you encountered the entrance to a cave, a torch in hand; you were ready to follow the path of your long-lost ancestors. Clay speckled the floor, leaving a trail of footsteps of the past scattered, showing you the way past stalagmites and stalactites, but you were here for the main event, the bison of Altamira. As you shone your torch across the cave walls, images began to appear, the flickering flames animating the animals, coming to life before your eyes. Lost in a trance, you sketched what you saw, trying to capture the movement of the scenes before you. As the chill of the cave rushed over you, you became glad you remembered your chai and favorite mug, a pair you would never travel without.
