Handmade copper & sterling silver earrings featuring a pair of stag beetles.

After preparing the art for this design, an acid bath is used to etch the artwork deep into the copper plates. The copper plates and sterling silver components are then soldered together using good, old-fashioned silversmithing techniques. The completed earrings are then hand patinated, then expertly polished to bring out that gorgeous copper blush which contrasts so beautifully with the sterling silver.
